Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Adnora for the LUMA app and this website. By creating an account, or by continuing as a guest, you agree to them.

The service

LUMA helps you discover people nearby, share stories, send messages, and start a one-to-one chat or call. Features can change, and a feature may be unavailable while a provider is being switched on.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old. We may close an account that we believe belongs to someone younger.

Your account

You can sign up with a phone number, Google, or Apple. Keep the account yours. You are responsible for activity that happens after you sign in. Tell us at mail@adnora.in if you think someone else is using it.

How to treat people

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate, threats, and sexual content involving anyone under 18 are not allowed.
  • Do not record a call or a conversation without the other person’s permission where the law requires it.
  • Do not impersonate another person, scrape the app, or try to break into an account.
  • Do not use LUMA to sell anything we did not offer, or to cheat coins.

We can remove a story, a message, or an account that breaks these rules.

What you post

You keep ownership of the photos and words you upload. You give Adnora permission to host and show them to the people LUMA is built to show them to, including after a short review. A story or photo can be declined if it breaks these terms.

Calls and coins

Some conversations use coins. Guest coins and signup coins, when they are offered, have no cash value and can expire or change. Paid coins are spent inside LUMA and are not a bank balance. A call can fail if the calling service is unavailable or the coin balance is too low.

Hosts

If you join as a host, you agree to the verification steps shown in the app, including a live face check. Going online is available after that review is accepted.

Ending access

You can stop using LUMA at any time and ask us to delete the account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for another person, or misuses payments.

The service is provided as it is

We work to keep LUMA available and accurate. We do not promise that every person you see will be nearby at that moment, or that a call will always connect.
